NAG C Library

NAG C Library is a suite of numerical routines designed and written in C, covering a wide range of mathematical and statistical functions. Available for numerous computing environments, including Windows, as a Dynamic Link Library. The NAG C Library for Windows is the full C library, including over 250 routines.
